Mr. Van Dyke is a regular speaker to legal, university, and professional audiences on various technology, intellectual property protection, and litigation issues, both nationally and internationally. He has appeared as an expert commentator on TechTV and has been interviewed and quoted as an expert in a variety of legal and technical journals, including the National Law Journal, LegalTimes, Technology Review, Biotech Tech, and Science. In the coming months he has presentations on nanotechnology, Latin American legal developments and intellectual property enforcement, software, bioinformatics, and trade issues.
